Ally's candles offers 4 fundraising programs. Private labeling and Brand labeling programs,
with both have Traditional order form method or the cash & carry method.
All have proven to be very successful and are simply a matter of personal preference.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN MY ORGANIZTION EARN?
The earning potential for your organization is based on the amount of items you sell. Your organization can earn up to 50% profit on every item sold. For example - You earn $4.00 for every 8 oz jar sold and $5.50 for every 11 oz jar sold.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Signing up is easy, just follow the step by step instructions, fill out the fundraising application and submit it. Upon approval your organization will be assigned a personal fundraising consultant,
and password protected personal webpage. On your webpage will have the ability to track
your orders, show your current earnings verse goals and print out any order forms or
other material you may need.
If you were using our private labeling program you would also need to fill out a label design form and upload your logo for our design dept., your consultant will guide you through all steps to ensure everything goes smoothly. We suggest that you limit the amount of people who have access to the personal webpage.
WHAT SCENTS ARE OFFERED FOR THE FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS?
Your group/organization gets to choose what scents are offered, Although we will suggest offering at least the top 5 selling scents of the season in a maxium of 3 sizes.
You can offer up to 10 scents in as many 5 sizes.
HOW BIG OF A SELECTION IS OFFERED FOR FUNDRAISING?
Your group/organization can pick from any of our available scents and items we offer.
(excluding clearance or discontinued items)
Pillar candles and specialty items many require special
handling, ask your consultant will have more details.
HOW DO WE PLACE THE ORDERS WITH ALLY'S CANDLES?
First collect all order forms and money from your sellers and transfer them to a talley sheet. Your sellers can start a new order form or you can use the ordered check box on the form to Indicate you have transfered that order. Once you have transfered everything to a talley sheet you can call your orders in by phone, Email them to our fundraising dept,
or place them directly with your consultant. If you call in or Email your
order our fundraising dept will contact your consultant to update them of your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED?
After orders are placed with us it takes about 5-10 business days for your order to be ready. We do suggest that you collect all orders and money once a week and place them by calling, Emailing or contacting your consultant . This gives your sellers a fresh start and us the ability to keep your personal page updated so you can track your sales verses your goal. By placing your orders weekly it also reduces the lead time at the end of your fundraiser.
When placing orders weekly no money is sent in until your order is ready to be shipped at the end of your fundraiser.
WHAT IS PRIVATE LABELING?
Private labeling is labels with the organization name and logo on it. With private labeling all warranty’s and guarantee still apply and the bottom safety label still has our company name on it along with the scent name. To see some examples of private labeling go to the private labeling sample page. Our 8 oz and 14 oz Newport jars with glass dome lid are not available with this program.
WHO DESIGNS THE LABEL?

You can provide your own labels in the size we specify or we can design your labels. Simply fill out the design label form, upload your logo and our design team will design a high gloss label with your organization name and logo or slogan on it.
HOW LONG DOES THE LABEL DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?
If we design the label it takes about 1 week total from the time we get the design label form
to the final proof. At that time your organization gets to approve the label design or
make any changes before printing.
IF THE ORAGANIZATION PROVIDES THE LABEL
WHAT SIZE IS NEEDED?
Most of our items have differnt size labels, your consultant will have more details,
some examples are
11 oz Scented Standard jars take a 3.5" wide by 2" high label
4 oz Scented Hex Jar take a 1" wide by 1.5" high label.
HOW AND WHEN IS THE FUNDRAISER PAID FOR?
Payment for the fundraiser must be made with a credit card, cashier's check, or money order. Due to the fact that we customize our programs around the group/organization all payment arrangements are made through your consultant and may vary from program to program.
