
DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT
If the contents of your order arrive damaged or broken.
First Save all packaging and contact the carrier, then
contact us within
72 hours via email/form and
further instructions.

The item will be replaced at no cost to you.
At our discretion we may ask you to take clear and
concise photographs of the items and
Packaging and
may ask that the item be returned to us, at our expense.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All of our products are inspected for our anticipated top
quality before
shipment but, If for some reason
your product is physically defective we will
replace
the item for you at no cost, although we would like
the product back for testing.
You must contact us with
in 72 hours of receiving the product via email/form
for a R/A (return authorization) and further instructions

Once a R/A is issued a replacement will be sent to you (at no cost).
Without an R/A number no credit/or returns will not be honored.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our product line,
we do not accept returns on product
that a customer
simply feels they do not like the smell or color, each
persons
sense of smell and interpretation of
color is different, for that reason we do
offer trial
packs of all of our scents.
