Flat rates are applied to your order for shipping based on the amount of your order
and the shipping Choice you make.( see charts below)

These rates are based on the Continental United States only. If you are in Canada, Alaska,
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, any US Virgin Island, or anywhere else in the world
please email ORDERINFO@ALLYSCANDLE.COM for a shipping quote.

We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure safe arrival as quickly as possible.
Since a lot of our candles are freshly made, orders are processed in 2-3 business days
(if not sooner on in-stock merchandise).
Business days are considered Monday thru Friday.

We use Ups, Fedx, Usps and multiple other carriers to deliver all of our packages. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons. During the months of June-August we do not send out shipments on Thursdays and Fridays due to the climates in some regions. Orders received on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there are any unusual delays in filling an order we will notify you be email.
Personal delivery is an option for local customers only contact your local dealer for more information. There is a $4.00 surcharge for this service.
